Another useful suggestion for improvement would be a feature that automatically sends customers digital medical history forms or consent forms prior to certain services. It would be particularly convenient if: Customers receive the appropriate medical history form before their appointment. Service contracts or consent forms can be signed digitally. The completed documents are automatically saved in the customer file. All information is immediately accessible during the appointment. Salons save time, reduce paperwork, and avoid unnecessary follow-up questions. Especially for cosmetic or medically oriented treatments, this would make the entire process significantly more professional, efficient, and legally compliant—for both clients and studios. Automatic sick leave notification

It would be very helpful if there were a feature that allowed self-employed individuals or employees to automatically manage appointments when they are sick. For example: Clients would be automatically notified if an appointment is canceled due to illness. Ideally, clients would be immediately offered suitable alternative dates to choose from. Optionally, available times from other employees could be suggested. Especially during stressful times of illness, this would save an incredible amount of time, stress, and organizational effort—for both studios and clients. Additionally, communication would be significantly more professional and straightforward. I think this feature would be a real value-add for many users. Best regards

Add images per appointment!

I have a suggestion for improving the online calendar: It would be very helpful if you could easily add a picture to each appointment. Ideally, this could be done directly via “Upload Image” from the phone’s photo gallery. That way, you could save before-and-after photos, healing progress, client requests, or important treatment details directly with the respective appointment. That would be much more practical in day-to-day work because everything would be immediately visible during the appointment, and you wouldn’t have to search separately in the gallery or on WhatsApp. I have a second suggestion for improvement. It would be extremely helpful if contracts or consent forms could be stored directly in the system and filled out digitally. Ideally: • The client automatically receives the consent form via a link before the appointment • The form can be filled out and signed directly online • Everything is automatically saved during the client appointment • Optional mandatory fields such as allergies, medications, pregnancy, etc. • Option to upload your own PDF or PMU forms Especially in the PMU sector, this would greatly simplify the process and make it more professional. Automated upsell feature during the booking process

I have a suggestion for a new feature that could significantly increase revenue per booking. It would be very helpful if suitable add-on services (upsells) could be automatically suggested during the booking process. Specifically, I envision that after selecting a main treatment (e.g., facial), a discreet pop-up or an additional selection page would appear, displaying complementary services. Examples of suitable upsells would include: – Eyelash tinting – Brow lifting / brow styling – Facial massage – Neck & décolleté treatment It would be important for each studio to be able to individually determine which add-on services are suggested for which main treatment. This keeps the system flexible and adaptable to any business. This feature would not only increase revenue but also help clients book suitable add-ons directly without having to actively search for them. I think this would be a very valuable addition to the booking system.

Transparency & Employee Tracking in the Booking Calendar

Currently, in many studios, it’s not immediately clear in the booking system which staff member created, changed, or rescheduled an appointment. This can quickly lead to confusion, especially when multiple people have access to the same calendar. My idea, therefore, would be an integrated employee tracking system within the calendar: Each employee works with a personal code or login Every action is automatically logged: Who created the appointment When the appointment was created Who last edited the appointment When the last change was made Optional: Required abbreviation when creating appointments (if no personal login is used) A brief history for each appointment that makes all changes transparent and traceable 👉 Benefit: Greater clarity, control, and accountability within the team—especially important when there are multiple employees or in case of questions or errors in the calendar.

Integrate the subscription and membership system into the booking system

I would like to see an integrated subscription or club system for Beautinda that is directly linked to the booking system. The idea: Service providers can offer their own memberships (e.g., monthly subscriptions like a “Skincare Club”). Customers pay monthly and receive a custom credit balance or exclusive benefits in return. 👉 Important: The design and management are entirely up to the respective studio: prices, services, and benefits can be freely defined Customization of credits, content, and rules Full control and customization by the service provider Additionally, the system should be directly linked to the booking system: automatic deduction of credits when booking an appointment Display of current credit balance in the customer profile Notification during the booking process (“You still have X credits available”) An overview in the customer account would be useful: current subscription status Remaining credits usage to date 👉 Advantage: A fully integrated system combining booking, customer loyalty, and predictable revenue, customizable for each studio—without external tools.

Add On beim Check Out

Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn beim Check-out noch die Möglichkeit bestehen würde, Add-ons bzw. Zusatzleistungen nachträglich zum Termin hinzuzufügen.In der Praxis kommt es häufig vor, dass während eines Termins zusätzliche Leistungen durchgeführt werden, die bei der ursprünglichen Terminbuchung noch nicht geplant waren (z. B. Pflegebehandlungen, Augenpads, Zusatzpflege oder andere kleine Services). Momentan lassen sich diese Leistungen im Nachhinein teilweise nur umständlich erfassen. Eine Funktion, mit der man beim Check-out einfach zusätzliche Add-ons auswählen und zum Termin hinzufügen kann, würde den Ablauf im Salon deutlich erleichtern und die Abrechnung schneller und übersichtlicher machen.

Option: Bestimmte Behandlungen für Neukunden sperren

Ich würde mir eine Funktion wünschen, mit der bestimmte Behandlungen im Buchungssystem für Neukunden gesperrt oder nur eingeschränkt verfügbar gemacht werden können. Aktuell können auch Neukunden alle Behandlungen direkt buchen, obwohl manche Leistungen (z. B. spezielle Behandlungen, Korrekturen oder längere Termine) erst nach einem Ersttermin oder einer Beratung sinnvoll sind. Eine mögliche Lösung wäre eine Einstellung wie: „Nur für Bestandskunden buchbar“ „Nur nach Ersttermin freigeschaltet“ „Kontingent für Neukunden begrenzen“ Gerade bei sehr gefragten Behandlungen kann es außerdem vorkommen, dass die Termine für diese Leistung bereits stark ausgelastet sind und daher kein oder nur ein sehr begrenztes Kontingent für Neukunden zur Verfügung stehen soll. Diese Funktion würde verhindern, dass Neukunden ungeeignete Behandlungen buchen und gleichzeitig ermöglichen, Stammkunden weiterhin Termine für stark nachgefragte Leistungen zu sichern. Gerade in Kosmetikstudios ist es häufig notwendig, bestimmte Leistungen erst nach einer Hautanalyse oder einem Kennenlerntermin anzubieten oder nur für bestehende Kunden freizugeben. Eine solche Funktion würde die Terminplanung deutlich flexibler und effizienter machen.
